Natalie Pindar is the founder of Radnip Media LLC, a content creation and strategy company helping small business owners thrive in the digital age. She began her career in real estate in New Jersey in 2012, expanded to Florida in 2015, and quickly learned how to grow her network by leveraging Facebook and Instagram. By 2017, she was leading workshops, and in 2020, she hosted her own real estate podcast during the height of COVID.

In 2023, Natalie began integrating AI into her business and launched Radnip Media to fill a major gap she saw: talented, experienced business owners with decades of expertise but little to no online presence, content strategy, or funnel in place. Today, she produces podcasts, creates content across industries, and teaches entrepreneurs how to monetize their knowledge with confidence.

Originally from New Jersey, Natalie is a mom of three, homeschooling her children while building both a real estate business and a thriving media company. She is known for her supportive yet no-nonsense teaching style, empowering women and small business owners to cut through the noise, get visible online, and connect with the clients they’re meant to serve.
